Mr. Newman has more than 25 years of experience in a broad range of corporate and real estate transactional matters. His corporate experience includes organization, purchase and sale of businesses and practices, private debt and equity financing, commercial transactions, drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of contracts, due diligence, and advice and counsel on legal and regulatory issues. Real estate experience includes purchasing and selling, leasing, and secured lending.
