Stacey Lipitz Marder practices in the area of Healthcare law, including regulatory and HIPAA compliance, fraud and abuse, licensure matters, medical staff issues, managed care disputes, and transactional matters. She is a member of the bar of the States of New York and New Jersey and prior to joining the firm, Ms. Marder represented physicians and hospitals in a wide variety of matters in both states.
